Step 3: Roll & Fill:Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.Cut each triangle in half lengthwise. Spoon a small ball of the sausage mixture onto the widest end of each piece of dough.
Step 4: Form & Bake:Starting at the widest end, roll the crescent roll dough over the sausage filling, forming a mini stuffed crescent roll.Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
